Building on its success in April, the Burnt Creative Market is back with new handcrafts and vintage finds for its May 5th street market in Downtown Blacksburg, VA. The Burnt Creative Vintage and Indie Craft Market will feature local and regional vendors offering vintage and handcrafted clothing, jewelry, accessories, housewares, furniture, and much more.

There will be some familiar faces mixed in with the new and lots of fun to be had by all. A Do-It-Yourself craft tent will be set up at the entrance to the market with a fun project for children and adults to enjoy.

The May market will be set up in the same location as April’s, on Roanoke Street, between Draper Road and Otey Street, near the Blacksburg Farmers Market from 9:00am-3:00pm.

The Burnt Creative Market is an attempt to breathe new life into a traditional-style craft fair. Every effort has been made to showcase artisans not usually represented at local craft fairs and festivals. The vintage component of this fair was added as a way to present vintage finds in a unique curated collection. It also ties in with the vendors who “upcycle” vintage goods into fresh handcrafted products.
