Mr. Alex-Zan was part of the "Charlottesville 12", 12 African American student who desegregated Virginia schools in 1959. Come listen as he shares his powerful story with a positive, interactive presentation that entertains and motivates audiences of all ages.

A reception will follow the presentation and will be held in the Black Cultural Center at Squires.
