Description:
Join the Christiansburg Rec Center in their One Pot Meals Class. Make easy and soul satisfying food with minimal fuss and quick clean-up. These one-pot meals are perfect for school night suppers, make-ahead meals and when you just don't feel like spending too much time in the kitchen.

The class will be held in the Recreation Center Kitchen and is available for those 18 years and older.

Registration runs from 2/1/2012-4/4/2012. Amy Epperley from Carilion NRV Medical Center will be the instructor.
