Description:
Join the Christiansburg Rec Center in their Healthy Super Bowl Foods Class. We all know that Super Bowl Sunday is not just about the game, it's about the food. But pass on the store bought snacks and take-out food, they're loaded with fat and sodium.

Attend this program to learn healthier homemade recipes which pack less than half the calories and fat of traditional versions of Super Bowl favorites.

The class will be held in the Recreation Center Kitchen and is available for those 18 years and older.

Registration runs from 12/1/2011-1/27/2012. The instructor is Amy Epperley from the Carilion NRV Medical Center.
