Description:
Join the Christiansburg Rec Center in ringing in the Chinese New Year with healthy food. From Moo Shu Vegetables to Vegetable Fried Rice, we will have all your favorites only lighter and healthier than traditional take-out.

The class will be held in the Recreation Center Kitchen and is available for those 18 years and older.

Registration runs from 12/1/2011-1/17/2012.
