As the culmination of the 5th Annual Tri-State Chamber Winds Festival, select high school students from Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee will be featured in this concert.

Combining the talents of Radford University Wind Faculty, special Guest Performers, and a select group of High School Stars, the Fifth Annual Tri-State Chamber Winds Festival provides a musical experience for young aspiring musicians wrapped in a series of concerts and events for all.

All concerts related to the Tri-State Chamber Winds Festival are free.
