The Montgomery Museum & Lewis Miller Regional Art Center presents A Taste of Art & Wine entitled: "Lewis Miller, Herman Melville, and Abraham Lincoln: Exploring the meaning of the Civil War through the eyes of an artist, a poet, and a politician".

The event will include wine tasting, hor d’oeuvres, and a chat about 20th Century Art led by Scott Crawford, Director/VP of Professional Development for Member One Federal Credit Union. The wine tasting is provided by Vintage Cellar.

The Holiday Inn is located at 99 Bradley Drive in Christiansburg in front of Wal-Mart.

Additionally there will be a silent auction. Items up for bid will be on display at the Montgomery Museum located at 300 South Pepper Street in Christiansburg prior to the event for previewing and bidding. Items include a paintings by Eric Fitzpatrick and Marie Collier, dinner for two at the The Bank restaurant in Pearisburg, signed VT sports memorabilia and many more.

Admission to the event is $20 and reservations can be made and purchased at the Montgomery Museum or purchased at the door if space allows. All proceeds benefit the Museum.
