Music Viva presents Ariel String Quartet. Formed in Israel, the Ariel String Quartet moved to the United States in 2004, and has since rapidly gained the attention of the music world.
They've been Grand Prize winners at the 2006 Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition; First Prize winners at the international competition "Franz Schubert And The Music Of Modernity" in Graz, Austria (2003); and, prizewinners at the Banff International String Quartet Competition in 2007.
The American Record Guide described the quartet as "a consummate ensemble gifted with utter musicality." Don't miss the first appearance with Musica Viva by this phenomenal group of young musicians. They are sure to dazzle!
