The Virginia Tech Union is bringing you a Halloween Dance Party! Come out for a night of dancing to a huge selection of electronic dance music as can only be provided by Spark Arrester of Boogieburg and DJ Manndibles.

Get ready for big bass, glowsticks, an arsenal of effects lighting, and give your Halloween costume a test-run before the weekend to be in the COSTUME CONTEST!

Boogieburg's maniac DJ's Eclectic & Gaskins have over 12 years experience performing alongside acts like Pretty Lights, Girl Talk, Beats Antique, Big Gigantic, Nickodemus, SOJA, Ursula 1000, Tittsworth and members of Thievery Corporation from San Francisco to Baltimore and NYC to Miami. Newly formed Boogieburg Recordings is scheduled for Spark Arrester releases featuring ghetto funk, bass-heavy house, and dubstep with remixes of the likes of Devendra Banhart and Beats Antique. Their releases on record labels in Greece, San Francisco and Atlanta with artists such as Featurecast, Mr. Scruff, Basement Freaks, Wax Tailor, DJP, & Parov Stelar have reached TurntableLab's "BOMB!" status, topped sales charts, and have moved many fine booties around the world.

DJ Manndibles is a veteran of turning Old Dominion Ballroom into Blacksburg's premier discotheque. An up-and-comer to the Blacksburg dance scene, he has been DJ'ing on Virginia Tech's radio station WUVT 90.7 FM since 2008, but made the switch the live mixing and events production within the past year. With at least a show every week, the whirlwind of performances and high energy crowds has become a driving addiction to produce bigger and better events!
