Description:
The Christiansburg Institute will host "Cooking From Around the World" a celebration of the cultures and food of our community.

The program, formally known as Men’s Cooking, will this year feature international cuisine prepared by local men and women chefs in the New River Valley. The event is currently the premiere program of the organization, whose mission is to preserve the Institute’s facilities including the Edgar A. Long Building on Scattergood Drive, and to enact the legacies of the former 100 year-old school through multi-cultural programs that serve contemporary life in the New River Valley
