The purpose of this project is to demonstrate how construction waste from buildings can be reused. We have collected clean construction waste from a local Blacksburg residential development and research has focused on reusing and repurposing this material.
We have created a small desk box from wood construction waste that people can assemble with our instruction. No previous experience with tools is needed.
The event will be held in the Brush Mountain A Conference Room within Squires.
