Description:
The Appalachian Folk Arts Festival will include a variety of craft people demonstrating and selling traditional Appalachian crafts, tools and culture.

In addition to crafters, we bring several performers to the Festival each year. Like our crafters, these performers have a wide range of talents. For musical performances, we've had traditional Old-time, Celtic, and Bluegrass bands. Each band brings its own style and everyone is bound to find something they like.

The rain location is Peters Hall Gym. This event coincides with RU Homecoming and Family Weekend and is sponsored by the Radford University Appalachian Events Committee.
