Description:
With beautiful summer evening weather upon us, we want to offer live music and delicious summer food and drink to celebrate the season and our first anniversary. Chef Tom Newton will set up a large grill on our outside dining patio and offer fresh grilled meats and vegetables to guests in a cook-out style endless dining event. We will also feature our homemade, fresh-squeezed beverages for the evening.

Menu -
Off the Grill:
**Jalapeno-cheddar pork sausages with sweet red onion sauce.
**Citrus marinated swordfish skewers with mango rum sauce.
**Sliced beef sirloin with Argentine Cilantro sauce.
**Seasoned vegetable skewers.
**Corn on the cob with butter and sweet pepper seasoning.

Cool, refreshing sides:
** Hanover tomato salad with mustard vinaigrette and green beans.
**Jicama, red onion and cilantro slaw.
**Summer potato medley salad.
**Fresh salad greens with vegetables and assorted dressings.

Sweets:
**Fresh fruit with honey-whipped yogurt
**Pineapple upside-down cake
