David will show pictures and give a hands-on experience of what is needed for a long distance hike including what to pack, how to cook and how to filter water. David, an attorney, loves to hike in his spare time. He has hiked the Appalachian and Pacific Crest Trails as well as the Pembrokeshire Path in Wales.
