Description:
The Roanoke - Blacksburg Technology Council hosts the July Tech and Toast entitled "Investment Payoff #1: Leadership Development". The Tech and Toast will be presented by Greg Richardson, SPHR, MA-HRD, Principal with Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP. The attendance cost also includes breakfast.

Leadership challenges manifest and disguise themselves in many different ways. Communication and motivational issues are just the tip of the iceberg. A few years ago, Dixon Hughes Goodman felt many of the challenges of a growing firm – alignment, leadership behaviors, and communication. So, they invested significant time and resources to build their own internal leadership program, which has paid significant dividends.
