Come enjoy the sight and scent of fresh lavender at The Fourth Annual Lavender Fest at Maison Beliveau on Sunday June 26th, 2011 from 12-5pm. $5.00 per car.

Lavender is all about calm and relaxation. Enjoy a picnic as you listen to Julia Fallon, harpist. Watch artists paint the lavender as they participate in our first Plein Air Art Contest. “Learn about Lavender” lectures, on-site trails, stocked fishing pond, face painting for children, lavender oil hand massage, picnic foods, lavender plants, products, and fresh lavender bouquets for sale. Wine by Attimo Winery.

Maison Beliveau is located at 5415 Gallion Ridge Road, Blacksburg. Here are directions coming from Blacksburg:

* From North Main Street in Blacksburg, take RIGHT onto Patrick Henry Drive, to end.
* Take a LEFT onto Harding Avenue. Travel about 10 miles.
(Watch for the "McDonalds Mill" green sign which is 1/4 mile before Gallion Ridge Rd.)
* Turn LEFT onto Gallion Ridge Road. Go 1.1 mile
* Turn LEFT onto Rue Maison Beliveau, 3/4 mile to property.
