UPDATE: Due to the inclement weather only the fireworks display will go on as scheduled at 9:30 pm. All musical performances have been cancelled.
The Town of Blacksburg will have music and fireworks at Municipal Park on Turner Street beginning at 5 pm. Music includes performances from The Meter's Running featuring the Big Dog Brass, Blacksburg Community Band and Blacksburg Community Strings and Celebration Chorus.
Fireworks begin at 9:30 pm.
