Sweetgrass Yoga presents Wall Wisdom: Yoga Workshop on Saturday, June 27, 2026. Like all our props, the wall offers stability, alignment support, and feedback-it is also happens to be more widely available than bolsters and blocks. This practice will be more workshop than flow, with conversation, and questions as we move through asana. We'll use the wall to get to know familiar poses differently, access challenging poses and find new depths, and then we'll settle in with a long restorative legs up the wall to close class.
