The Annual Radford Memorial Day Program will be held on Monday, May 25, 2026 at the Gazebo at Bisset Park. The ceremony includes local speakers, a 21-gun salute and music by the Radford High School Bands. Hand-held flags will be distributed to attendees by the Woodmen Life Chapter 14 in the New River Valley. The program will serve to remember the veterans of all wars who have sacrificed to serve our country and also the families who have lost loved ones because of those sacrifices. Admission is free and all are welcome. Following the program, there will be a lunch to follow at Shelter #1. The event will continue as long as there is not lightning. Bisset Park is located at 49 Berkley Williams Drive in Radford, VA.
