Blacksburg Boxing and Fitness presents a 5-Day Kids' Summer Camp starting on Monday, July 20, 2026 and continuing through Friday, July 24, 2026 meeting from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM each day. At our Kids' Summer your child will: • Enjoy safe, fun workouts that build strength and stamina. • Play classic games like capture the flag and dodgeball (with safe/soft balls). • Unplug from screens and rediscover the joy of movement. • Build speed, strength, and true self-confidence. • Learn self-defense and a healthy way to release stress. • Learn boxing basics & fundamentals in a welcoming, beginner-friendly setting. Early bird pricing for the camp is $150.00. Starting May 1st, the cost is $200.00 per per camper.
