The Blacksburg Library presents the program "Steep + Create: A Warm Winter Hangout" on Saturday, January 31, 2026. Warm up a January evening with cozy vibes, a hot tea bar, and hands-on crafts made from recycled books. Come sip, snip, and create something cute while you unwind with friends.
