The Blacksburg Library presents a Welcoming Week 2025 event titled "Special All Ages Storytime with NRV Diwali Dance" on Saturday, September 20, 2025. It's Welcome Week 2025 and we're celebrating the Stories We Share with a story and a special performance by NRV Diwali, a local dance group of adults and children, performing Thiruvathira, a graceful and traditional women's dance form from the southern Indian state of Kerala.
