The 2025 New River Valley Fair kicks off their Opening Night featuring Lawnmower Racing on Friday, August 1, 2025. The New River Valley Fair will be held on Monday, July 28, 2025 through Saturday, August 2, 2025 at the New River Valley Fairgrounds in Dublin, VA. Friday Schedule of Events: • 9:30 AM: Stockman's Contest • 1:00 PM: Youth Beef Show • 5:00 PM: Gates and Rides Open • 5:00 PM: Youth Market Lamb & Goat Show • 5:30-10:15 PM: Jaycees Bingo ($1.00 per game) with Cash Prizes • 6:00-8:30 PM: Princess Squad, Chuckles The Clown & Groovy (The NRV Fair Mascot) Strolling the Midway • 7:00 PM: Lawnmower Racing in the Main Arena • 7:00 PM: Kory Wirt in Concert The New River Valley Fair with the theme "Pigs, Pies and Carnival Rides" features sone of the best nightly entertainment of the summer including some of your favorite carnival rides from Cole Shows, a huge variety of fair foods, competitive exhibits, agricultural activities, Buffalo Beals Petting Zoo and much more!
