The Blacksburg Library presents Teen & Adult Craft: Shell Paint Palette on Saturday, July 12, 2025. Design your own clay paint pallet! This craft will use air-dry clay and lots and lots of things to truly personalize your paint pallet such as sea shells, beads, sparkles, and whatever else we can throw in.
