The Blue Monday Band hosts the February Blues Jam featuring an Open Mic and Jamming on Friday, February 14, 2025. The Blue Monday Band is back paying tribute to the great American art form, the blues. Enjoy an open mic and jamming at Rising Silo with the Blue Monday Band and various guest musicians once a month. The host band starts the evening with a short set then opens the stage to guest performers. The Blue Monday Band has been playing Chicago-style blues together for well over a decade, and even longer individually. You'll hear classic songs by Muddy Waters, Slim Harpo, Howlin' Wolf, and more, as well as many originals! Admission is free and all are welcome. Come out and enjoy craft beers and live blues music! The Blues Jams are now a monthly event happening every second Wednesday of the month instead of a weekly event as they were in the past. Note: The February Blues Jam was originally scheduled for Wednesday, February 12, 2025, but was postponed due to inclement weather.
