Try a high-energy dance class with fun routines that are meant to help you break a sweat. You will burn calories, improve rhythm and have a blast while working out. Dancing for exercise can greatly improve your mental and physical state while releasing endorphins for stress relief. The cost is $10.00 per class. Pre-registration is not required. Just show up.
