As part of the 2024 Mary Draper Ingles Festival, the Wilderness Road Regional Museum offers tours, living history and live music. Tour the Wilderness Road Regional Museum, enjoy the live music concert titled "Traveling Songs" performed by Willard Gayheart and Scott Freeman from 2:00-3:00 PM and enjoy living history with the Fincastle Company, 18th Century Living History Interpreters. Admission is free and open to all ages. The 2024 Mary Draper Ingles Festival commemorating the capture, escape and the grueling return journey to her home in the New River Valley of one of Virginia’s most famous colonial heroines taking place July 26-28, 2024 in the City of Radford and surrounding communities.
