In Balance Yoga Studio presents Free Acroyoga Class on Saturday, February 17, 2024. Learn about the playful practice of Acroyoga in a safe environment. Acroyoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics typically involving a base, a flyer, and spotter. No experience or partner is necessary. All ages are welcome.
