Montgomery County Animal Care and Adoption Center presents their annual Happy Paw-lidays event on Saturday, December 10, 2022. Join us for a joyous event celebrating the paw-lidays! Santa Claus will come by for a visit and we will also have refreshments, fun activities, and of course, pets available for adoption. Activities include: • Pictures with Santa: Get your camera ready. The Jolly Ol’ Elf and one of his tiny "reindeer" will be here to take a photo with you! • Decorate Dog Treats & Cat Toys: Help us decorate doggie treats and cat toys for our residents at the Center. • Stuffed Animal Adoptions: Even if you're not quite ready to take home a pet, you can "adopt" a stuffie. Stuffies, need loving homes too! • Kitten Corner: Kittens, kittens! And, more kittens! Our Kittens would love to meet you and play in the kitten corner. • Wish Tree: Our animals have holiday wishes and they've all been good boys and girls. Come by to pick up a wish or to drop off donations. • Holiday Crafts & Refreshments: If you're feeling crafty, we'll provide supplies to make some holiday crafts. Settle in and enjoy some refreshments during your visit. • Home for the Holidays: Interested in fostering a furry companion and provide a Home for the Holidays? Learn about how this special program works, become a foster, and schedule time to help an animal in need. Admission is free though monetary donations are appreciated.
