Chateau Morrisette continues their Music on The Courtyard Concert Series with Bruce Mahin on Sunday, September 25, 2022. Trailblazing singer songwriter Bruce Mahin uses Ableton and Max/MSP to augment his solo performances with a wide variety of pre-recorded and spontaneous musical instruments. The combination of traditional folk music influences, live improvisation, and interactive technology has prompted his music to be called New Wave Americana. It has something for every generation and every musical taste. Link: https://brucemahin.com/americana-home.html On Saturday and Sundays this summer, enjoy award-winning wines, breathtaking views from the Blue Ridge, and an eclectic array of musical artists performing on Chateau Morrisette's Winery Courtyard from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Admission is free. We will also be serving food and non-alcoholic drinks out of our Hut each Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Unfortunately, due to recent incidents of outside alcohol being brought onto the premises, we will no longer be allowing picnic baskets with outside food or drink. We suggest bringing seating as the tables fill up fast. Inclement weather will cancel the concert.
