The Town of Christiansburg presents its 23rd Annual Fourth of July Celebration on Monday, July 4, 2022 on Main Street in downtown Christiansburg, VA. Christiansburg's Fourth of July Celebration has something for all ages! Enjoy live music, kids zone, Christiansburg Farmers' Market vendors, arts & craft vendors, food trucks and more! Music Schedule: • 10:00 AM: Noah Spencer • 12:00 PM: Gate 10 • 2:00 PM: Don and the Deltones Plus Noah Spencer is an up and coming musician from Richlands in Southwest Virginia. He brings a genuine passion to the stage with a voice that's both soft and smooth, but also gritty and soulful. His shows cover a wide range of styles from country to rock, Americana, pop, and gospel. He enjoys singing and playing guitar, drums, piano and the ukulele. He loves to entertain and is always ready to play. Noah was also a contestant and starred on NBC's "The Voice" in Season 24 advancing to the playoff rounds. Noah started singing in church when he was 5 years old and picked up his first guitar when he was 11. From there he also picked up drums, piano, bass and even ukulele. He stays busy year round with school and sports, but his ultimate passion is playing music and performing any time he has the chance. His musical influences are broad and include artists from many genres including David Crowder, Shane and Shane, Zac Brown, John Mayer, Ed Sheeran, Tyler Childers, Chris Stapleton and Jack Johnson just to name a few. Coupling this with ages ranging from 11 to 22, they have a unique sound that is beyond their years. Located in Southwest Virginia, they have traveled around the south performing and enjoying every moment of it. Children’s activities include an inflatable double slide, entertainment by Chuckles the Clown, and a 24’ rock climbing wall. This year we will have over 25 Christiansburg Farmers' Market, arts and craft and business vendors attending as well as nine food vendors! We will also have a touch-a-truck featuring Town of Christiansburg Public Works vehicles, Mission BBQ’s Bam Bam truck, Jeeps from the NRV Jeep Club, and Total Car Care Rescue Truck and crash vehicle. Admission is free and all are welcome. Later in the evening head to the New River Valley Mall and Wal-Mart area for Christiansburg's fireworks starting around 9:15 PM.
