Pulaski County Library presents Lunch Break Yoga with Downeydog Yoga on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Join Downeydog Yoga for an all levels yoga class that will include deep still stretching, breathing, seated, standing, balance and supine stretches for strength and deep relaxation.
