Pathways for Radford and the New River Valley Bicycle Association presents the 15th Annual Ride of Silence - NRV on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 starting and ending at the Central Lumber parking lot (parking lot for Sal's and El Charro) in Radford, VA. Schedule: • 6:30 PM: Staging • 7:00 PM: Ride Begins Join cyclists worldwide in a silent, slow-paced ride in honor of those who have been hurt or killed while cycling on public roadways. We will have a police escort along the 6.8 mile route and will ride at a slow pace. Though solemn, the group ride is enjoyable and inspirational for riders of all ages, experience and ability. Staging begins at 6:30 PM in the Sal's/El Charro parking lot, 709 W Main St Radford, VA 24141, for the 7:00 ride. Helmets are required.
