Radford Public Library presents Cooking with Daniel Nayeri & Dave on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 offered both in-person and on Radford Public Library's Facebook Live. Not only is Daniel Nayeri an award winning author, he has also been a professional chef! Award winning author Daniel Nayeri and Radford Public Library's very own Dave will be preparing Fesenjan (Persian Pomegranate Chicken) and Persian Marinated Olives to be enjoyed by our live audience! Author Daniel Nayeri will be available after the show to sign books and Blacksburg Books will have copies of Daniel Nayeri's award-winning book "Everything Sad Is Untrue" available for purchase. Printz Award winning author Daniel Nayeri was born in Iran and spent several years as a refugee before immigrating to Oklahoma at age eight with his family. He is the author of several books including "Everything Sad is Untrue (A True Story)" and "Straw House, Wood House, Brick House, Blow: Four Novellas", which has won numerous awards and been named Best Book of the Year by NPR, New York Times, Wall Street Journal and more!
