Draper Mercantile and Trading Company presents a Microgreens & Sprouts Class on Saturday, January 29, 2022 in the Genesis classroom in The Draper Mercantile. We are excited to welcome Dr. Kim to Thee Draper Village for a class on how to grow microgreens and sprouts. Come to discover how to grow them at home and why it’s so beneficial. The knowledge and ability to grow a crop of sprouts or microgreens every week in little to no space for little to no cost. 2. An understanding of why they are so important to your health. 3.
