Virginia Tech presents the 2021 Virginia Tech Homecoming Parade on Friday, October 15, 2021 in downtown Blacksburg. Join Hokie Nation for the annual Homecoming Parade. To commemorate the 100th anniversary of women at the university, Miss America 1979 Kylene Barker McNeill and Miss America 2020 Camille Schrier were named Homecoming parade grand marshals. The route will go down Main Street and will be followed by a Spirit Rally and fireworks on the Drillfield. The parade will begin at 7:00 PM. We recommend utilizing Town of Blacksburg parking or the North End Center garage for the Friday night events.
