Historic Smithfield presents A Smithfield Hallowe'en on Sunday, October 24, 2021. Celebrate the arrival of Fall through the sights, sounds and tastes of the season at A Smithfield Hallowe'en! Enjoy live music on the lawn featuring Happy Hollow String Band and New Standard Bluegrass Band, hunt for the perfect pumpkin in the Smithfield Pumpkin Patch and visit Blue Ridge Cider Doughnuts and Aloha Eddie's Shaved Ice for some sweet treats. Learn a bit of history while onsite with a visit to our Forge to watch a historic blacksmith demonstration and take a tour of the Preston Family Cemetery. Round out your visit with a trip to the Smithfield manor house for a Trick-or-Treat house tour! $8.00 per person grants admission to the site.
