Carilion Clinic presents Sunset Yoga in the Garden on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at the Giles Community Garden located behind the Christ Episcopal Church in Pearisburg, VA. Join us every Wednesday in July for yoga at the Giles Community Garden as the sun sets over Angel’s Rest. Yoga is an excellent way to increase strength and flexibility as well as calm the mind. This event is free and open to the community. Registration is not required, just show up! Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to participate. Parking is available on site.
