Motor Mile Speedway kicks off the first race of the 2021 season with the Late Model Stock Car Twin 60's on Saturday, April 10, 2021 with the grandstands opening at 11:30 AM and the green flag for the first race starting at 12:30 PM. Update: Start times have been moved up about three hours from the original schedule. Race Day Schedule: • 11:30 AM: Grandstands Open • 12:15 PM: Pre-Race Ceremonies • 12:30 PM: Green Flag for First Race • 12:30 PM: Mod-4's 25 Lap Race • 1:00 PM: Late Model Stock 1st of Twin 60 Lap Race • 1:45 PM: Blue Ridge Church U-Cars 20 Lap Race • 2:05 PM: Collision Plus Sportsman 40 Lap Race • 2:40 PM: Super Streets 25 Lap Race • 3:30 PM: Late Model Stock Car 2nd Twin 60 Lap Race Note: Times are approximate and can change. Racing is back at Motor Mile Speedway! Join us and watch the Opening Day races. Tickets can be purchased at the gate or in advance online at: https://www.motormilespeedway.com/tickets. Races are subject to change and can be cancelled due to the weather. Parking is free. The new capacity guidelines from the state of Virginia allows us to have 30% capacity which means we can put 3,000 people in the stands and still keep everyone well spread out and distanced. If you would like to come for opening day, but are concerned about distancing please consider our new backstretch parking which will allow guests to stay close to the action and safely in your car. Cooler Policy: For regular race events only, Motor Mile Speedway permits ONE (1) soft-sided, six-pack-sized cooler per ticket holder, regardless of age. Spectators in possession of a cooler will be subject to a reasonable, unintrusive search of the cooler, and Motor Mile Speedway reserves the right to prohibit any cooler for any reason based on the discretion of the front gate staff.
