The YMCA at Virginia Tech continues their 2021 Y Spring Expo with their second week featuring Healthy Lifestyles Week from Friday, April 2, 2021 through Friday, April 9, 2021. The Spring Expo will continue through Sunday, April 25, 2021. Join us as we celebrate programs such as Senior Connections, Meals On Main, Virtual Tutoring provided by the YMCA at VT along with healthy activities provided in partnership with some of our wonderful local businesses. The week is packed full of fabulous virtual activities ranging from yoga classes, panel discussions, dance lessons and so much more.
