Blacksburg Aquatic Center presents a six-week Aqualates Class starting on Monday, March 1, 2021 with a registration deadline of Friday, February 26, 2021 by 5:00 pm. Aqualates is the newest water exercise class at Blacksburg Aquatic Center. This hybrid class, features in-pool and on-deck exercises and meets on Mondays and Fridays at 11:00 am. The first half of Aqualates consists of strength building mat pilates exercises. The second half, in the water, is for movement that helps coordination, balance, and a healthy heart. The fee for the six-week class is $45.00 for residents of Blacksburg and $55.00 for non-residents. The class is limited to five participants per class.
