Draper Mercantile and Trading Company presents Thee Draper Village Block Party 2019 on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at multiple locations in Draper, VA. Get ready for a lot of family fun at our first annual Draper Village Block Party! Several locations will be participating including the Draper Community Park, Village Chapel, Pulaski Grow, Draper Fire Department, Draper Methodist Church, the Draper Mercantile Draper Blooms Tea Garden, Brunch at the Merc and the Curious Quill! Activities include: • Elvis Impersonator Chad Lewis in Concert at 7:30 pm at Draper Merc (Free) • B&S Band in Concert from 5:00-6:00 pm at Outdoor Main Stage • BBQ by Brunch at the Merc • BINGO with rounds at 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm in the Taborri Room • Tours of Pulaski Grow • Paws Pageant from 6:00-7:00 pm at Outdoor Main Stage • Vintage Car Show from 4:00-6:00 pm at The Village Chapel • Coke Floats, Cotton Candy, Popcorn, Lemonade • Dunking Booth Benefiting the Draper Park • Petting Zoo • Gospel Music at The Village Chapel • Fire Truck at the Draper Fire Department • Local Dance Performance • Drop-In Fundraiser Fun Run at Draper Park • DUI Simulator with Virginia State Police at Draper Fire Department • Kids Activities ($5.00 Wristbands available) • Corn Hole Tournament at Draper Park • Hula Hoop Contest • Face & Henna Painting • Bubble Blowing • Bucket Toss • Sparklers to End Party • Blessing of the Beasts at Draper United Methodist Church fro 5:00-9:00 pm Enter your critter (all well-behaved pets welcome) to compete in our Paw Pageant 2019 to show off your furry family! All contestants will strut their stuff down the red carpet for our judges and audience members. Enter in one or all categories for a chance to win and bragging rights of course. Categories include: Best Dressed, Best Tricks, Best Costume and contestants who enter all three qualify to win Mr./Mrs. Unifurs.
