The Pulaski County Library presents an Intro To Longboarding on Monday, July 15, 2019. Join us for an introductory course on longboarding. We'll learn about the different types of boards, styles of skating, and more! After that, we'll put that knowledge into practice in a blocked off section of the parking lot. We'll have four different styles of boards to try: modified skateboard, cruiser, mini-cruiser, and downhill! We'll also have some safety equipment available, but be sure to bring your own helmets and pads if you have them. Prior registration is preferred. The workshop is intended for ages 10-18.
