The Giles Shrine Club and Kazim Misfits' presents the 2nd Annual Down the River: A Poker Run Float on Saturday, July 20, 2019 starting at the Pembroke Boat Landing on the New River. Schedule: • 10:00 am: Registration • 11:00 am: River Drop-In Float down the river and try to collect the best poker hand. There will be a BBQ meal with BBQ, baked beans, cole slaw and chips following the float which is included in the price of your ticket. Prizes will be awarded for the best poker hand and the worst poker hand. The cost includes game card, 50/50 ticket, meal and t-shirt if still available. The cost is $25.00 in advance or $30.00 the day of the event for adult. Children 12 & under are $10.00 and includes the float and meal only. If you need equipment, please contact us for a reservation. Kayaks are $15.00 and tubes are $10.00. Proceeds will benefit the Giles Shrine Club and Kasim Misfits activities.
