New River Fiber Co. presents the class "Ergonomics of Needlecraft" on Saturday, July 27, 2019. In this class we will discus Knitting Comfortably by Carson Demers. In his book he talks about knitting ergonomics, what causes problems and how to prevent issues down the road. We will go over exercises you can do at home, and things we can do as knitters to increase safety, efficiency and productivity. We will cover stretches, exercises and self-care that will ensure we continue to knit as pain-free as possible for many years to come.
