The Blue Mountain School presents the 2019 Annual Krewe du Bleu Dinner on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Dogtown Roadhouse before the 10th Annual Floyd Mardi Gras. Chef Richard L. Perry returns to serve up a scrumptious menu of delights at the Krewe du Bleu dinner, and you’ll have an opportunity to get your hands on some of the finest local wares and services at the silent auction. The evening begins at 5:30 pm as guests are welcomed to the party. After finding a seat at a luxuriously-decorated table, you will enjoy sharing a number of Chef Richard‘s authentic New Orleans dishes “family style” with your neighbors. As you dine, learn about the history of Bayou cuisine from Chef Richard (of Classic Caterers and Longfin Grill), and relax with the musical musings of local musician, Brad Collier. We’ll wrap up the meal with a traditional King Cake as you watch your surroundings magically transform from dining room to ball room.
