Downtown Narrows presents 1st Annual Decoration Celebration on Monday, December 3, 2018 in downtown Narrows, VA across from Anna's Restaurant. Let's decorate the Community Christmas tree! Bring a Christmas ornament and hang it on the community tree for everyone to enjoy. The Girl Scouts will be serving hot chocolate and candy canes. Parade will follow at 7:00 pm.
