The Floyd Country Store presents an Old-Time Dance with The Slate Mountain Ramblers on Saturday, November 10, 2018. The Slate Mountain Ramblers have been a mainstay of the dance and festival culture in central and western North Carolina and southwest Virginia for 25 years and are still going strong. Headed up by fiddler, Richard Bowman from Ararat, Virginia, the Ramblers started as group of friends and morphed into a family band over the years. Tickets are $8.00 at the door.
