Chateau Morrisette presents the 2018 Vineyard Harvest with the Dogs on Saturday, September 22, 2018. Saturday Afternoon Schedule: • 1:00 PM: Wagon Ride to the Vineyard • 1:20 PM: Orientation with Vineyard Manager, Steve VanSutphin • 1:20 PM: Lunch with Wine in the Vineyard • 2:00 PM: Grape Picking • 2:45 PM: Clean Up Break and Harvest Count • 3:00 PM: Return to the Cellar for Processing Tour with Winemaker, Jason Crolley • 4:00 PM: Get your Harvest Survival Gifts Learn about the grape harvest, hands on! Get an overview of Chateau Morrisette's viticulture with our vineyard master, savor a picnic lunch with wine in the vineyard, get a feel for vine clippers and grape lug in a 45-minute harvest session, and learn about the steps from harvest to cellar with our winemaker. The cost is $75.00 per person. Sessions are available on Saturday morning and afternoon and on Sunday afternoon. To purchase tickets online, visit: https://www.thedogs.com/Shop/Harvest-with-the-Dogs. Wear sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing to work outdoors in the vineyard. Please plan on arriving by 12:45 pm, as wagons to the Vineyard depart promptly at 1:00 pm.
