The Montgomery Museum celebrates it's annual Heritage Day on Saturday, August 25, 2018 on the lawn at the museum. Heritage Day is a celebration of Montgomery County, VA and its history. There will be food and live entertainment all day. Activities include: • Vintage Craft Demonstrations • Historical Re-enactments • Tuxedo Panda Robotics • Adult Pie Cook-Off • Children's Pie Cook-Off for 12 & Under • Children's Activities & Crafts • Antique Cars • Fiber Arts • Animals • Dancers • Artists and more! The Adult Pie Cook-Off will feature $100.00 in cash prizes with two categories, sweet and savory. Entries must be received at the Cook-Off Tent by noon. The Children's Pie Cook-Off will feature a trophy for the winner. After the pie judging, samples will be available for purchase. $1.00 buys four samples. A Silent Auction will be available from August 22-25th The drawing will be held at 2:30 pm at Heritage Day. There will also be raffles for a Yeti Cooler, two Walmart Gift Cards and a 50/50 drawing.
